Smartphone Reviews, Realme 8i 2021

Smartphone Reviews, Realme 8i and Specification-This is the real me a tie. It's the most affordable phone in Real News 8 series and it has a 120 hertz display, a capable chipset and a promising camera. It has been designed with Gamers and photographers in mind. So that's used to get it. I'm Angie for GSM Arena and this is all review of the Realme 8i. The really are I has a core gradient paint job on its plastic back along with a camera bump that house has its three rear cameras. We've got the space purple model which shifts from Violet to Silver. But there's also a space black one, which shifts from black silver. However, since its glossy, it's a giant fingerprint magnet. The frame is made of plastic to and it's quite grippy. It's 194 grams, which makes it feel solid, even though it's he budget device. There's no splash protection here, though, so you should be careful around. Round water on the side. You'll find a power key that doubles as an always-on fingerprint scanner.

On the front, you'll see average bezels for the class and a small hole punch in the top left. The six point six inch IPS LCD has a full HD resolution and a 120 hertz refresh rates. Along with a 180 hurts of sampling rate. When you choose the 120 hertz mode, you'll get 120 hertz. When you touch the phone, and then it'll switch the lower refresh rates. When you read the screen alone or watch video. The refresh rate, handling is quite granular and it will go down to as low as 30 Hertz depending on the scenario.

We measured a Max brightness of five hundred and forty nights when the screen was set to auto brightness, but it's the minimum brightness, that is exceptional for an LCD. It got 0.6 and it's in the dark. When you choose the warmest position from the color temperature bar, you get the best color accuracy of the screen is capable of on the bottom of the phone. You'll find a headphone jack and a single downward facing speaker. The speaker got an average mark on our loudness test. And the sound quality was about average to the high notes.

Solid, but there's no base in midtown's. Could be better. The large 5000 million power battery. Got the Realme 8i  and excellent 131 our rating on our battery life tests with the 18 watt power adapter. It, got a less impressive 30 percent charge in 30 minutes. Well, a full charge took 2 hours and 21 minutes.

The phone comes with The mediatek, Helio, G96 chipset, and either four or six gigs of RAM. This means that the  Realme 8i is equipped with one of the most powerful CPUs and is price bracket. The GPU is less impressed though. Still, it can handle games with a smooth frame rate and day-to-day tasks with Snappy the  Realme 8i Dye comes with Android 11 and really UI 2.0 on top. The combination is Snappy and clutter-free even though this launcher offers Rich, customization options floating and then you win.

I was and improved security. There is a smart sidebar to where you can, customize the actions and app shortcuts much. Like on Galaxy phones me. Tremble events in you're using the icon pack and you can choose to have an app drawer. You can even choose between a few Darkness Styles. What's going on? The back of the Realme 8i. You'll find a 15 megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel macro Cam and a 2 megapixel depth sensors. The main Camp saves twelve point five megapixel photos by Built during the day. They were outstanding and we saw, plenty of detail, Punchy colors, and excellent contrast, and dynamic range noise. It was very well to sharpness was balanced and the foliage looks natural Auto HDR is on by default and when you switch it off, you'll get photos that are even sharper and a dynamic range that is less impressive colors are more natural though. There's no lossless zoom. And if you press a to X, toggle, you'll see photos that are simply cropped and upscale. If you choose to shoot in the full 50,

Resolution to find out. Photos are sharpened details. Others and good dynamic range in contrast. Portraits turned out great for the class photos. Have plenty of detail where well Expose and had good backgrounds of operation. The blur looks nice to the macro camera has a fixed Focus. If you manage to get a job that's in Focus, you'll find it to be detailed enough, but with slightly washed out colors, regular photos and low lights are soft and noisy. And in general, you should switch on the night mode when it starts. Now. It's night mode, on shots will take 2 seconds to shoot and two seconds. Has to process photos. Are sharp detailed and have excellent exposure. Color. Saturation is good. And contrast is superb selfies with the 16 megapixel front camera are very likable. Subjects are detailed, colors are accurate. And if Auto HDR is triggered. You'll see a nice boost in the Namek range.

The Realme 8i  who shoot videos up to 1080p at 30fps and there is always on electronic stabilization, footage has accurate white balance, great colors, good contrast, and good dynamic range the level of detail is all right. It's not a sharp. As we'd like the  Realme 8i  is not a perfect phone but for its price, you're getting a great design, fantastic battery life. And an incredibly adaptive screen even performance and chemically or solid, but you should know. The competition is very stiff, too. And before you get this one, you should check out the red meats. If you're looking at phones in this price range, really, the three are very evenly matched but no matter which Each one you end up getting the  Realme 8i is definitely on a recommendation list. Thank you for watching. Everyone. Stay safe, and I'll see you guys next time.
